Why some rewards are ready in hours and others take 30 days

When you finish a survey or an offer, the reward first shows as pending. Pending money is yours, but you cannot take it out yet. This post explains why, and why the wait is not the same for everyone.

Why rewards wait at all

Our partners pay us for your work, and they check it first. For up to 30 days, a partner can decide a task was not real and take it back. If we paid you straight away, some people would take the money out and the partner would then cancel it. So rewards wait until they are safe.

Many rewards are ready sooner

We do not make everyone wait the full 30 days. If your account has a good record, many rewards are ready much sooner:

• Surveys can be ready in a few hours.
• Offers can pay part of the reward early. The rest comes on the payday shown.

Each task in your profile shows its own date. If part of it is paid early, it shows both amounts and when the rest is due.

What makes your wait shorter

• Verify your ID and phone. This is the biggest thing you can do.
• Take money out with no problems. A clean first withdrawal builds your record.
• Keep doing real tasks. Partners rarely take back honest work.

What makes it longer

• A new account. Your first rewards usually wait about a day while we get to know the account.
• Tasks taken back. If partners cancel your tasks, your later rewards wait longer.
• Very large rewards. These always wait for their full payday.

One thing to remember

An early payment is not a promise. We check your account again just before we pay. If a partner takes a task back after part of it was paid early, that part comes off your balance again.
