The worst moment in any earning app is the first time you try to cash out and something blocks you. You have waited, you have done the work, and the button says no. Almost every one of these blocks is avoidable if you know the list in advance.
Here is everything you need, in the order that is easiest to get done.
Only your settled balance can fund a withdrawal. Partner rewards from surveys and offers sit as pending for 30 days first, and pending money cannot be withdrawn or used to buy a scratch card.
Look at your balance and check how much has actually settled. The settle date is shown on each pending task, as we explain in why your reward says pending. Scratch card and cash drop wins are the exception: they go straight into your settled balance.
Before your first withdrawal, your identity must be verified. You do this once, on the verification page in your profile.
It feels like an obstacle, so here is why it exists. The payout routes themselves require it. Banks, eWallet providers and the companies that supply airtime, electricity and vouchers expect to know who the money is going to, which is how they keep fraud and stolen accounts out of the system. An app that pays anyone without checking who they are is not being kind, it is being careless, and that is the app to worry about.
Some practical points:
Your account must be at least 24 hours old before its first withdrawal. This is a fraud protection: accounts opened just to cash out something fast are a common pattern, and a short delay makes them far less useful to scammers.
For a genuine user it costs you nothing, because your first rewards will be pending far longer than a day anyway. You will almost certainly pass this one without noticing.
Decide where the money is going and have the details ready. Depending on what is available, that can be:
Check the numbers carefully, character by character, because a mistake can be hard to undo. If you are unsure which route to choose, our post on which payout suits you helps you decide. The withdraw page shows what is open today.
There are caps on how much you can take out. By default they are:
"Rolling" means the window moves with you. It is not a fixed day or week: it is the last 24 hours or the last seven days from the moment you ask. These limits protect accounts from fraud and may change. For most people who earn small amounts, they will never get in the way.
Every withdrawal is checked by a person before it is paid, so we cannot promise you a time. What we can tell you is that once it is paid, airtime, data and electricity land directly, and a bank transfer still has to clear on the bank's side.
It also helps to know about two things that can hold a withdrawal up. Repeated reversed tasks, or a link to a banned account, can pause withdrawals on an account. And if a reward is reversed after it settled, the amount is deducted again.
If all five are a yes, you are ready. Start with a small withdrawal to see the process work. And remember: you never pay to withdraw. If anything asks you to, read the red flags of a fake earning app and stop.
