Paydays, taking money out, fees and limits.
Why is my money waiting?
New money waits for its payday while our partner checks the work. Then it moves to your balance on its own. Each task shows its payday under Tasks.
Can I use money that is still waiting?
No. Money that is waiting for its payday cannot be taken out and cannot buy a scratch card or a ticket. Only money in your balance can.
What do I need before I can take money out?
Money in your balance, a verified phone number, a verified ID, an account at least a day old, and a payout method.
How long does a withdrawal take?
A person checks every withdrawal before it is paid. Airtime, data and electricity arrive straight after. A bank transfer can take a few days to clear.
How can I get my money out?
As airtime, data, electricity, a shop voucher, or a bank transfer. The Withdraw page shows every option open to you right now.
Why was I charged a fee?
Every withdrawal has a small flat fee. It is added on top, so you still get the full amount you asked for.
Why is there a limit on how much I can take out?
New accounts can take out less per day. The limit grows as you earn, as withdrawals are paid, and as your account gets older.
Why are my withdrawals on hold?
An automatic check flagged something, so a person is reviewing your account. Your balance is safe and you can keep earning.
