How long does a withdrawal take?

A person checks every withdrawal before it is paid. This keeps the money safe, but it means we cannot promise an exact time.

Once it is paid:

• Airtime, data, electricity and vouchers arrive straight away.
• A bank transfer still has to clear on the bank side. That can take a few business days.

You get a notification when it is paid. You can only have one withdrawal on the way at a time. Wait for it to arrive before you ask for another.
