What do I need before I can take money out?

Money in your balance, a verified phone number, a verified ID, an account at least a day old, and a payout method.

You need all of these:

Money in your balance. Not money that is still waiting for its payday.
A verified phone number. We send a code to your number once. See Why do I need to verify my phone number?
A verified ID. You upload your ID in the app, under Verification. See Why do I need to verify who I am?
An account at least one day old.
A way to be paid. Airtime, data, a voucher, or your bank. You choose on the Withdraw page.

There is also a limit on how much you can take out per day and per week. It grows as you use Mocash. See Why is there a limit on how much I can take out?
