You verify your ID once, in the app, before your first withdrawal. We only ask for it there. If anyone asks for it anywhere else, it is not us.
Before your first withdrawal, and before you buy a scratch card or enter a draw, we need to know who you are. The companies that pay out money require it, and it stops one person from making many accounts.
Go to Verification in your profile. Upload a photo of the front and back of your ID, and a photo of yourself. A person checks it. You do this once.
One ID can verify one account only.
We only ask for your ID inside the app, on that page. We never ask for it by email, WhatsApp, SMS or social media. If anyone does, it is not us.
