Surveys, offers, and what happens when one is not paid.
How much is a task worth?
Every task shows what it pays in rands before you start. That is exactly what goes into your balance.
I finished an offer but was not paid
Our partner has to tell us you finished it, and that can take a while. If nothing comes, keep your proof and ask support.
Why was a reward taken back?
The partner reversed it. They can do that if they decide the task did not count. If the money had already reached your balance, it is taken out again.
Why can I not see surveys any more?
Too many of your surveys were sent back by our partners, so surveys are closed for you for now. Offers and everything else still work.
What is an offerwall?
A page from one of our partners with its own list of offers and surveys. Open one from the home page to find more work.
