Too many of your surveys were sent back by our partners. When that happens, surveys close for you. Offers, scratch cards, draws and everything else still work.
Surveys get sent back when the answers do not match, when the same answer is picked every time, or when a survey is left before the end. Partners stop working with apps whose surveys get sent back, so we have to protect that for everyone.
If you think this is a mistake, tell us on the support page. A person can open surveys again.
