Why is my referral not earning anything?

A few things stop a referral from paying:

• Your friend has not earned anything yet, or their money has not reached its payday yet.
• Your friend did not use your link, or used it more than 7 days after joining.
• Both accounts look like the same person: the same phone, the same device, or made by you.

You cannot refer yourself. An account you made for someone else is not a referral. We check every referral, and one that looks like the same person on both sides does not pay. Your friend keeps their own money and their account.

If yours was real, for example you share a home or a phone, tell us on the support page. A person can look at it.
