How do I know a message is really from Mocash?

We never ask you to pay, buy a voucher, share a code or send your ID outside the app. Anyone who does is not us.

People sometimes pretend to be Mocash to get money or details out of you. Here is how to tell.

Mocash will never:

  • ask you to pay money or buy a voucher to get a withdrawal,
  • ask for your ID, bank details or a code outside the app,
  • promise you a fixed amount of money per month,
  • ask for your Google password.

Everything that needs your details happens inside the app, at mocash.co.za. If you are not sure about a message, do not reply to it. Ask us on the support page instead.
